RefectoCil Blonde Brow Eyebrow Lightener, 15 ml

With Blonde Brow eyebrows can be lightened up to 3 shades. For naturally blonde styles!

STEP 1: Preparation

• Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free and dry.

STEP 2: Mix & Apply

• Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops RefectoCil Creamy Oxidant 3%. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some more drops of Oxidant cream. - Afterwards apply to the eyebrows

STEP 3: Application time

• Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect: 5-20 minutes - 5 minutes: one shade lighter - 12 minutes: two shades lighter - 20 minutes: three shades lighter

STEP 4: Ready!

• Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Tint Remover
